Designing for Scale & Impact
Client
HHL
Hip Hop LDN is a London-based events brand built around high-energy nightlife and music culture.
The challenge was to create a scalable visual system that could support multiple brands, high-frequency campaigns, and large-scale events without losing consistency or impact.
The result is a flexible design approach spanning digital content, motion, and physical environments, built to perform across platforms and at scale.
Scope of Work

High-Volume Output.
Designing for over 150 events annually required a system that could support fast turnaround without compromising quality or consistency.

Building a System.
A structured grid and template-based approach allowed content to scale efficiently across multiple brands while maintaining a recognisable identity.

Platform-First Design.
Content was designed specifically for social platforms, prioritising clarity, speed, and engagement across TikTok and Instagram.

Motion & Video.
Videography, photography, and motion graphics were integrated into campaigns, with individual videos reaching over 6 million views and driving organic growth.

Driving Growth.
A social-first strategy helped grow the audience to 160K+ followers and 3.3M likes, supporting consistent engagement and event sell-outs.

Physical Experience.
Design extended into live environments, including stage visuals, signage, merchandise, and branded assets that shaped the on-site experience.

Consistency Across Brands.
Managing multiple event brands required a unified visual language that allowed each to feel distinct while remaining part of a larger system.
